Documents Required for Parental Provision or Donation of Real Estate
To complete the Parental Provision or Donation of Real Estate contract, the following documents are required:
From the parties involved:
- Photocopies of identity cards, with home address, profession, AFM and income tax office.
For the property:
- Title deeds of the seller.
- Certificate of tax clearance [issued by us].
- Certificate of insurance clearance [issued by us].
- Cadastral diagram with KHD and floor plans (in case of horizontal property).
- Copy of the building permit.
- Extract of Land Registry Diagram [issued by us].
- Electronic Property Identity.
- ENFIA certificate proving that the property was declared by the parent/donor to ENFIA for the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 with a gratuitous cause.
Additional documents:
- Certificate from the Municipality for any overdue land and cash contribution debts (if there is an application act).
- Declaration of ownership (Article 6 para. 4 of Law 2242/94) (if there is an application act).
- Prefect’s license for properties in border areas.
- Certificate from the Local Land Improvement Organization (TOEB/OAADYK) for non-payment of irrigation fees (if it is an agricultural plot).
