Eleni Paraskevaydou is a notary public in Komotini, Greece. She was born and raised in Halkidiki. She graduated from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace, where she then followed the postgraduate program of the Department of Environmental Engineering, with the subject “Environmental Protection Technologies in Environmental Legislation”, completing it with the writing of her dissertation entitled “Corporate Social Responsibility: Mandatory or Voluntary?”.

In parallel, she completed her compulsory internship in two law firms in Thessaloniki and started working as a lawyer with a wide range of cases but with a main focus on civil and commercial law in the city of Komotini, where she moved and has lived ever since.

Since April 2018, she has been a Certified DPO (Data Protection Officer) by the Hellenic Institute of Certifications. In March 2019, after her certification by the competent Committee of the Ministry of Justice, she was accredited as a mediator and is registered in the General Register of Mediators of the Central Mediation Committee.

Then, in June 2022, she participated for the first time in the Panhellenic Competition for Candidate Notaries, where she emerged as the 38th most successful in all of Greece out of a total of 400 successful candidates (Final Table of Ranking of Successful Candidates, Government Gazette 1599/16-06-2023 Issue Γ΄) and second in the Court of Appeal of Thrace. She is the definitive custodian of the archives of the former notary public of Komotini, Eirini Micheli-Poulaki.
